  With 600 workstations and 60,000 square feet, our Dallas contact center is also home to Telvista’s U.S. corporate headquarters.

  With a population of over 6 million people and numerous universities and trade colleges, the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex offers the accessibility of a highly technical, educated, and abundant workforce, and the flexibility to accommodate large growth in our clients’ programs. Dallas also offers a lower cost structure than other major U.S. markets, which cuts labor and other costs associated with the contact center. The Telvista Dallas center is also easily accessible, located only 12 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the second largest airport in the U.S.

  Located only 15 miles from San Diego, the three Telvista contact centers in Tijuana (Los Torres, Campestre, and Hipodromo) have a combined seating capacity of 2,500.

  With a metropolitan population of over 1.5 million, Tijuana is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico and features one of the highest literacy rates in the country. With numerous universities and technical schools, Tijuana and the Baja California region provide a high percentage of highly educated bicultural and bilingual personnel. Our Tijuana team’s proximity to the U.S. border provides our agents with critical knowledge, including an understanding of U.S. geography and culture.

  Telvista’s Mexicali center opened in 2006, is 175,000 square feet, and has a seat capacity of 1,100. A progressive city located near the border of Mexico and California, Mexicali has a metropolitan population of over 900,000 and a literacy rate of 97%. It also offers several regional universities, which provide access to a well-educated labor pool for contact center services.

  Mexicali is also easily accessible; three nearby airports (Mexicali International Airport, Imperial County Airport, and Yuma International Airport) provide convenient daily international flights.
