We notify our team members of job opportunities and they can apply for positions through our Internal Application process. We also encourage open discussions about career goals and aspirations. We also provide a Tuition Reimbursement program for team members interested in pursuing outside training and education.
Many of our phone agents have been promoted to Mentor or Lead positions. Some of our Mentors have advanced into Quality or Operations positions. Supervisors have advanced to Operations Manager level. There are also opportunities at our Corporate location. Many of our leaders in the Telvista organization began their careers in front line customer support roles.
