Telvista provides both paid and unpaid time off as a way to help balance the needs of our personal and professional lives. We offer the following types of time off and leaves of absence for all eligible full-time team members:
- Paid Holidays - 6 per year
- Paid Time Off – Can earn up to 18 days in the first year
- Paid Service Recognition Time
- FMLA, Personal and Military leaves
Tuition Reimbursement
We encourage all team members to keep learning and growing throughout their career. In addition to our training programs, our Tuition Reimbursement program is designed to provide our team members an opportunity to develop their skills or achieve their personal career goals.
- Up to $3,000 per calendar year for eligible full-time team members
- Up to $2,000 per calendar year for eligible part-time team members
